The dish harmoniously blends four delightful recipes into one masterpiece: Kiwi Salmon, Mashed Cauliflower, Standing Stone Salad, and Cucumber Dill Sauce. The salmon rests elegantly on a mound of creamy mashed cauliflower, crowned with a refreshing cucumber dill sauce, and encircled by a vibrant, colorful salad. It’s almost as breathtaking as the Rocky Mountains we admire through the windows while savoring every bite.
